Emeritus Professor N.Thompson
Professor Thompson holds a double Masters and PhD from Cambridge in the area of Criminal Psychology .
Prior to joining Aldersgate College, Prof Neil worked with the Australian Army College and retired as a Major . He was involved in various defense strategic planning and counter terrorism training for almost 40 years. Professor Thompson has written over 110 academic papers for well known strategic journals.
He won several accolades and awards in the area of strategic military research and specialization in the area of strategic thinking and peripheral defense networking..
He currently acts as an external consultant for Aldersgate in the area of research and external funding with occasional involvement in international development for the college
Dr. Lois Patton is the MBA Director at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Howard Payne. She has written and co-authored several research papers for international journals and textbooks in marketing and sales.
Mr Yusra Anas holds a Master of Science (Logistics) and Master of International Business from University of Wollongong, Australia, Master of Science (Financial Economics) from University of London, United Kingdom, Master of Business Administration (Investment and Finance) from University of Hull, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) from the National University of Singapore. He also has Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and a Certification in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (UNCTAD).
Mr Yusra Anas has more than 20 years of work experience serving in multinational corporations in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. He has been employed in the fields of Information Technology, Corporate and Investment Banking and Management Consulting. In addition to these, he has served as Director with one of Indonesia’s largest garment manufacturing company and has also worked for the Singapore government. He now spends a significant portion of his time in the academic field where he regularly lectures for universities and colleges in Singapore, United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
Professor William A.O Egbuta is a multiple-discipline scholar whose studies include programme in Management and Industrial Relations, Journalism and Mass Communication, Christian Theology, Corporate Governance and Leadership.
He had a Higher Diploma in Management from the Institute of Administrative Management, London, a Diploma in Secretarial Administration from the Pitman Examination Council. A Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from the school of Journalism and Television, Berkshire UK. In 2008 he had a Bachelor of Theology from the Freedom Bible College and Seminary, USA with another Bachelor in Pastoral Studies from LIFE Theological Seminary Ikorodu, Lagos Nigeria. He holds an MBA in International Business and a PhD in Management from the European University.
Professor Egbuta had a wide range of professional and Industrial experience at higher management level having worked for organizations such as Lipton Nigeria Ltd, National Salt Plc, and Morgan Omonitan & Abe Associates among others.
He is the founder/president of High-Grade Professional Education Centre Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. He has served in the academic Board of the Continuing Education Centre Ibadan Polytechnic, Yewa Central College of Education and is presently anchoring educational programme for the Federal College of Education (Tech) Akoka Yaba. His institution won the 2008 Best Academic Leadership Award from the Christian Democratic Journalist Organization of Nigeria.
Professor Egbuta has personally received the following Awards:
- Global Leader of Integrity Merit Award 2012 by Integrity Media Communication in Accra, Ghana.
- Community Education Developer Award 2010/2011 by the United Ibom Progressive Association Lagos.
He is a fellow of the chartered Institute of Administrators and Researchers of Nigeria and a fellow of Agricultural Graduates Association of Nigeria (AGAN). He is also a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals in USA and Africa.
He has authored and Co-authored many books, articles and Journals.
Professor Egbuta is a devout Christian, a clergy member of the Foursquare Gospel Church who loves reading. He is happily married to Josephine Chinjioma Egbuta with four grown Children.
Dr. Kithsiri Manchanayakke is the President of AIMS College Sri Lanka .He received his undergraduate degree in BSc(Information Technology) from University of Colombo. His MBA is from the University of Wales(UK) . He completed his doctoral work at Temple University of Denver Colorado.
Prior to his academic work, Dr. Manchanayakke served as deputy general manager to various local and international organizations . He has served as an expert witness and as a consultant to governments and many public and private organizations.
Dr. Manchanayakke holds the FACSM & FIIM professional designation with UK professional bodies and is a member of Australian Computer Society , British Computer Society and Sri Lankan Computer Society.
Dr Manchanayakke is a prominent entrepreneurial name in Sri Lanka synonymous to providing quality education with affordability to the population at large. His strong commitment in education facets by developing colleges in rural and urban areas made him a pioneer with differential advantage within the private education sector in Sri Lanka.
From 1992 to 2000, he was part of several missions to USA, Europ and ASIAN Countiries to promote business opportunities’ in Sri Lanka towards IT & Communication infrastructure with strong development towards holistic education.
Dr Manchanayakke serves as the Vice Chairman of ASOCIO (Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization. ASOCIO is a group of IT industry associations coming from economies in the Asia and Oceania region.
